Day Thirty-Eight

So, I'm writing this sitting at a table in the backyard of a condo in Rancho Mirage, California - often referred to as Palm Springs.  It is a very beautiful piece of the world and I'm lucky to have had this opportunity.

One of the many things we did today was to stop for some groceries.  The produce here is pretty amazing and it put me in mind of Nicastro's.

Nicastro's has a lot of amazing foods.  They seem to always have ripe avocados along with lots of other great fruits and vegetables.  As well, they have an amazing selection of cheese, farm fresh eggs, coffee and for many most importantly amazing sandwiches.
