Day Fourteen
One thing I love about the Glebe in Winter is all the skating options there are. From the World famous Rideau Canal (the World's biggest skating rink) to the St James rink (see Day 10) to many others that I expect I will post photos of in the coming weeks, if you like to skate you are in luck.
In addition to all the big public skating surfaces there are many private backyard rinks. This picture is of one I discovered in a friend's backyard when I went to pick up my son after a play date. The kids were having a blast!
